For as low as $275/month, Key Fulfillment will warehouse and manage your inventory and fill all your customers’ orders. There’s NO monthly minimum order volume, but as your business grows, you can upgrade to a package that rewards your growth with volume discounts.

When it comes to filling your orders, we know our stuff, but we really love the challenge of a difficult logistical puzzle. These are a few of the additional services we’ve provided our clients. What can we do to make your job easier?
Order Fulfillment Software Development/Integration: Key Fulfillment hates pushing square pegs into round holes. Unlike other logistics partners, we write custom code to integrate client ERP, Order Management, Inventory Management, and/or Accounting systems with our order fulfillment software and databases. Forced fits between data systems cost clients more money and time to develop and sacrifice accuracy and efficiency over the course of a relationship. We find that the developing a customized forward/reverse data flow improves long-term efficiency and supports a true partnership.
Kitting and Assembly: Packaging or kitting of individual components or light assembly and manufacturing.
For one client, we measure and mix batches of herbs and assemble a selection of six different product kits from component parts and packaging. For another client we assemble consumer electronic devices from component parts.
Literature Fulfillment: Selection, kitting and assembly of marketing and point of purchase materials and literature.

SKU Assignment and Labeling: Development of an inventory control system for your inventory based on standardized stock keeping units. Quality Assurance Programs: Key Fulfillment’s XQC Process™ (eXtreme Quality Control) is custom developed for your inventory and order processes. Your project manager will evaluate each step in your assembly and order fulfillment process to determine potential error points and will develop into our standard operating procedures that include the necessary double checks.
Returns Processing / Reverse Logistics: Key Fulfillment can return and restock your product into inventory or return and liquidate or recycle your items. For a number of media publishing clients and others, Key Fulfillment offers returns management and reverse logistics. We can coordinate return shipping logistics from your customers and can evaluate returned materials for resale potential or liquidation and recycling through our sister company, B-Logistics.
Inventory Analysis and Optimization: Analysis of your inventory and order volume trends and suggestions for optimal inventory levels.

The programming link ensures that data integrity and accuracy is maintained and that the information transfer process is streamlined. Additionally, Key Fulfillment may program for clients to optimize EDI and e-commerce solutions.
Logistics Management: Logistics coordination and carrier selection for your inbound and outbound shipments. Using our well-established relationships with local, national and international carriers, Key Fulfillment can help you save time and money on your shipments
Component Product Sourcing: On-demand or on-schedule procurement of component parts for your inventory items. For several of our fulfillment clients Key Fulfillment offers sourcing and reorders of component parts and inventory items.
