Kitting and Assembly: Key Fulfillment can handle packaging or kitting of your individual components or light assembly and manufacturing. For one client, we measure and mix batches of herbs and assemble a selection of six different product kits from component parts and packaging. Returns Processing / Reverse Logistics: Key Fulfillment can return and restock your product into inventory or return and liquidate or recycle your items. For a number of media publishing clients and others, Key Fulfillment offers returns management and reverse logistics. We can coordinate return shipping logistics from your customers and can evaluate returned materials for resale potential or liquidation and recycling through our sister company, B-Logistics.
Inventory Analysis and Optimization: Analysis of your inventory and order volume trends and suggestions for optimal inventory levels.
